The Walking Dead Season 2 Episode 3 Save the Last One

I think the reason he didn’t shoot him in the head is part
of the villain that Shane is turning into. He wanted Otis to know who did it to
him, but we had to know before that that Otis would become lunch, I was hoping
it would be Shane, but that would have been too easy, and cleaned up some sub
plots way to easy. Can anyone tell me why this is the third episode in a row
they are looking for the girl and not found a single sign of her? When is a
good point in a zombie apocalypse to give up looking for someone that is lost?
I would figure after 1 day I would write them off and lunch. I was so shocked
when Shane shot him though; I think I made a few people jump on the bus when I
shouted out no way as well. Since I work nights at DISH I had to wait until I
got off work to watch the show using my sling adapter, but it does make the
long bus ride go quicker being able to stream my recorded shows or live
programming to my iPhone. But it causes awkward moments in time.

Ending’s not much of a surprise, shane always seemed borderline psycopathic. I get that he didn’t kill otis on the spot so he’d make a bigger distraction + because shane wanted him to know what he did and did the whole thing to gain distance. However, at the same time, I don’t get why he did it since he wasn’t running any faster than Otis and the zombies weren’t that close; they were all going at the same speed. Just figured that even though he’s going nuts, he’d still be able to stay rationnal under pressure like his cop training’s supposed to make him able to.

I’m only surprised of how much of a rapist he looked with his shaved head and the expression on his face.
