Smallville Season 8 Episode 13 Power

…8 seasons…8 SEASONS! Can we pleeeeeeeeeeeeeease get some closure on this relationship?

The issue with a show that is based on such an old icon is we all know where its going. Here of course, we know that eventually he will, in the end, be with Lois Lane and you can’t get involved in the Lana Drama because it’s fultile. Yet they keeps dragging it out. They are flogging a dead horse!

That said, I’m glad Lana isn’t a weak little girl anymore-although it feels a bit like cheating that she was given powers and is therefore able to suddenly be a self-sufficient person. I thought she was doing okay being clever and siphoning money away, setting up Isis etec. She’s actually a very smart woman so why wasn’t that enough? Is the idea that if you aren’t some kind of super human you can’t be well adjusted and strong?

This is why I miss Lois; she’s a tough cookie. Not exactly fully functional. But she doesn’t always need a certain tall, dark and guilt-complexed Super hero to follow her around (bubble wrap in hand) just in case-or at least she doesn’t think he does XD

This whole episode i thought Lana was foolish and still childish but, she is brilliant. I mean wow never saw that coming.

when did lana learn all this stuff? Mercy has been training since she left the island and lana beat her up? She’s only been gone 7 months she mastered martial arts in that time, come on. If this castle is a house and is surrounded by security, why is it that anyone can walk in whenever they like?

P.S. lana’s character is terrible
