How does the police force of a town that was hit with a metor shower TWICE in sixteen years and has a bunch of SUPER POWERED MENTALLY FREAKS rampaging on a semi regualr basis not have bullet prove vests?!

on smallville series can you check the video and sound compatability, on alot of episodes its off sync about two or three seconds…. thank you!

is anyone else getting cut off at the end of the smallville videos, missing the last 5 minutes or so? The last 4 or 5 episodes in Season 5 have done that to me, including this last one, episode 11. Often they are out of sync with voice and movement too, but not always (depends on how well the streaming is going)
