you never know! i really want them to show batman, because if they can show doomsday they should show batman.

Sorry but its not going to happen. the creators had planned to bring in a Young Bruce Wayne and putt the worlds greatest together as early as season three. At first as a rival for Clark and a vier for Lana’s affections but then a close friend and alley. The reason this never came to fruition is because around the same time the rights to the batman story become property of the new batman film franchise. Warner along with Christopher Nolan did not care to have another batman story line running with the reboot. Even though both the film and Smallville are owned by Warner Brothers. The Character Adam Knight (you can connect the name) is the closet the show will ever go. He was an homage to the Dark Detective and may have been intended to become him but did not. I for one have hoped the Caped Crusader would appear for years but as far as i know he will not. Honestly though if i had to decide between an outstanding reboot of The Batman franchise and seeing him every once and awhile on Smallville id prefer the former rather than the latter. I still do however hold a lingering hope that we will get some small glimpse of ol’ pointy ears at one point on the show. Even if its just a allusion or an homage of some kind. I do Care about this show although it has wavered from time to time but in my mind there is no doubt to who the worlds greatest hero is and always will be and he doesn’t wear red and blue. Also just as a side note: the show Smallville was originally planned to be a show about the young Bruce Wayne and Jensen Ackles (Jason season 4 and Dean From Supernatural) was the front runner for it the role but the show changed to a young C.K. and the lead went to Tom Welling. I believe this was for the better because for some reason i cant see bats running through the halls of Gotham high solving mystery’s and fighting with his friend and future Nemesis Young The Joker haha. TO THE BAT-MOBILE!
