I think ‘A’ is Maya.
Think about it, now right at the end of this video shows a clip of ‘A’ grabbing a gun out of Spencer’s dads office? I mean remember when Maya had to leave town because Emily’s mom called Maya’s mom and told her that she was smoking weed? So yeah when Maya’s mom heard that, she was going to send Maya off to another country to this school thing, but before Maya left, Spencer invited Maya to her house, so she could surprise Emily when Emily came over, and so Maya & Emily could spend a little quality time before Maya left, so basically this is what I think happened, while Spencer was down talking to Aria in her living room, I think Maya went snooping around Spencer’s house and found a gun in Spencer’s dads upstairs office room and thought she might need it one day, but of course she just left it there, because Maya was planning some other schemes, until this episode (episode 18) she obviously was going to use the gun for something so she took it, because she obviously knew where the gun was since she came over to Spencer’s house, & also I don’t know if you guys noticed this… but there was this clip at the end of an episode (not sure what episode it was, but it was in season 2), the clip was showing that ‘A’ was buying some riding boots from online and that’s how the episode ended, but then like I think about 2 episodes after they show ‘Maya & Emily’ talking together at Emily’s room (i think) and also Hanna was there, so they Emily told Hanna that she wanted to privately talk to Maya so Hanna agreed and before Hanna actually got out of the room, she noticed Maya’s boots, but the camera just quickly put a scheme on them, so you obviously weren’t able to tell that Maya was A, but this is what i think happened, Maya was wearing the boots that she bought online using Hanna’s money that she stole from when there was a surprise ‘get well soon’ party for Hanna. I think it all makes sense. You guys just don’t see it, because your all probably thinking “What does Maya have to do with Allison”? Well we’re all probably going to learn more about ‘A’s relationship with Allison. & also there a lot of more clues about ‘Maya’, but theres waaaayy to much to list.

great it pauses every 3 seconds! then i paused the video for 15 mins so it could load and it played most of the footage untill the last 10mins which resumed its “pause every 3 seconds foolery”….RIP Megavideo!!!
