Lynette needs to back off! Why can’t accept Tom’s big shot job as part of changing life? But it all makes a good story

dont you guys understand as much as tom is a lovely guy and deserves his chance in the spotlight, dont you think their situation is beginning to resemble carlos and gaby in the first season when gabby had an affair. i know lynette suggested the job change but it must be hard on her to not see tom anymore so suddenly and we all know she has issues with control and letting him do well because of her self esteem. i think she just needs time to adjust and realise that her role has changed and she’s gonna have to make a few mistakes first – but thats just my opinion.
